Pumpkin Spice Bundt Cake Recipe

Ingredients
  

Cake:

  • 4 Eggs
  • 15 oz. Can Pumpkin
  • 2 Cups Flour
  • 2 Cups Sugar
  • 1 Cup Oil
  • 2 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp. Baking Powder
  • Salt

Glaze:

  • 1-3/4 Cups Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. Water
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 Tbsp. Dark Corn Syrup

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat your oven to 350˚.
  • In a medium bowl cream the oil, eggs, and sugar until fluffy.
  • In another bowl whisk remaining dry ingredients together. Pour egg mixture and pumpkin into the dry ingredients and mix until completely combined.
  • Pour into a greased bundt pan and bake for about 1 hour.
  • Add all glaze ingredients (except powdered sugar) to a small sauce pan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, reduce heat and allow to simmer for about a minute.
  • Remove from heat and add powdered sugar whisk together and allow to cool for about 5 minutes before pouring over the cake.
