In a medium bowl cream the oil, eggs, and sugar until fluffy.
In another bowl whisk remaining dry ingredients together. Pour egg mixture and pumpkin into the dry ingredients and mix until completely combined.
Pour into a greased bundt pan and bake for about 1 hour.
Add all glaze ingredients (except powdered sugar) to a small sauce pan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, reduce heat and allow to simmer for about a minute.
Remove from heat and add powdered sugar whisk together and allow to cool for about 5 minutes before pouring over the cake.
