Mix together the cumin, chili powder, brown sugar and paprika in a small bowl.
Rinse off the shrimp and pat dry. Place shrimp in a bowl and drizzle with the olive oil. Spread spices over the shrimp and toss so it is coated. Let stand for for 30 minutes.
On prepped skewers place 2 shrimp, 1 piece of pineapple alternating between the two.
Baste skewers with your favorite BBQ sauce.
Place on grill over direct heat Cook until shrimp is cooked all the way through, about 2-3 minute on each side.
