Caramel Stuffed Pancakes REcipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 4 Tbsp. Caramel
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 2 Eggs

Instructions
 

  • In medium bowl mix all ingredients except for the caramel, until completely combined.
  • Heat pan/skillet over medium heat. Add batter 1/4 cup at a time.
  • Add a small amount of caramel to the center of the pancake and cover with more batter.
  • Cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
