Strawberries and Cream Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients
  

Pancakes

  • 2 Cups Bisquick
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 Cup Strawberries Chopped
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar

Glaze

  • 1 Cup Powdered Sugar
  • 4 oz. Cream Cheese
  • 4 Tbsp. Milk
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla

Instructions
 

  • In medium bowl mix together Bisquick, milk, eggs, brown sugar until combined. Fold in chopped strawberries.
  • Add batter to heated pan/skillet about 1/4 Cup at a time. Cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  • While pancakes are cooking, place all the glaze ingredients into a small bowl and mix until smooth and creamy.
