Firecracker Shrimp Quesadillas Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Box SeaPack Popcorn Shrimp
  • 4 8 " Flour Tortillas
  • 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese Shredded
  • 1/2 Cup Mayo
  • 2 Tbsp. Sriracha
  • 2 Tbsp. Honey
  • 2 tsp. Lemon Juice

Instructions
 

  • Prepare popcorn shrimp according to package.
  • In Medium bowl mix together mayo, Sriracha, honey and lemon juice.
  • Heat skillet over medium heat. Place quesadilla in pan, payer with 1/4 cup of cheese, shrimp and another 1/4 cup of cheese. Top with the second quesadilla.
  • Cook until golden brown on both sides.
  • Drizzle sauce over quesadillas.

Notes

For extra flavor toss shrimp in firecracker sauce.
