In large bowl whisk together flour, salt, sugar and cinnamon.
In another bowl mix milk, vanilla egg and butter until completely blended. Pour wet ingredients in the dry and mix until smooth.
Heat skillet/pan pour batter about 1/4 cup at a time into pan and cook until golden brown. About 2 or 3 minutes on each side.
In another pan/skillet combine butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, maple syrup and vanilla heat over medium heat. Cook until it thickens about 2-3 minutes.
Lower heat and add banana slices tossing the bananas in the sauce. Allow to cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Stack pancakes and pour sauce from pan over pancakes along with bananas.
