Ingredients

Wings:

  • 10 Chicken Wings
  • 1/2 Cup Flour
  • 1/4 tsp. Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. Cayenne
  • Salt
  • Oil for Frying

Wing Sauce:

  • 1/4 Cup Hot Sauce I used Franks Red Hot
  • 1/4 Cup Butter
  • 1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • Pepper

Instructions

  • Thaw and pat dry all of your chicken.
  • In small bowl mix together flour, paprika, cayenne and salt. Place chicken in a medium bowl, pour the flour mixture over chicken and toss to coat. Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator for about an hour.
  • Heat oil in fryer or deep pot to 375˚. Fry wings for 10-15 minutes, until they are a dark golden color to make sure they cook all the way through. When done frying place them on a paper towel to drain oil.
  • While wings are frying, in a small sauce pan melt down butter, add in the hot sauce garlic powder and salt. Allow to simmer over a low heat until completely combined.
  • Place wings in a large bowl, pour sauce over the wings and toss.
  • Enjoy!
