Heat oil in skillet/pan over medium heat. Sautee onions and green peppers until tender. Roughly 5 minutes then remove from pan.
Add in beef/steak to same pan along with Worcestershire sauce, seasoning and pepper. Allow beef to cook all the way through. Remove from heat, drain and combine with vegetables.
Place 2 wonton wrappers in each in each cup of a muffin tin. Scoop roughly 2 Tbsp. of meat/veggie mixture into each cup. Top with shredded provolone cheese.
Bake for about 10 minutes until wontons are crisp and cheese is melted.
