Instructions
Thoroughly wash and pat dry mushrooms, and remove stems. Heat oil to 350 degrees.
In medium bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, diced jalapeno. Stuff mushroom cavity with cheese mixture.
Drag stuffed mushrooms through the flour, then eggs and last the panko.
Fry coated mushrooms until golden brown about 1-2 minutes. Once cooked lay an a paper towel and drizzle with buffalo sauce.
