Gingerbread Bars Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1-1/2 Cups Gringersnap Crumbs
  • 1 Cup Coconut Shredded
  • 1 Cup Cinnamon Chips
  • 1 Cup White Chocolate Chips
  • 1 Cup Pecans Chopped
  • 14 oz. Sweetened Condensed Milk (1 can)
  • 1/2 Cup Butter Softened
  • 1/2 Cup Flour
  • 1 tsp. Baking Powder

Instructions
 

  • Pre-Heat oven to 325, and coat 9x13" baking dish with non-stick spray.
  • Cream butter in stand mixer or with electric hand mixer. Then stir in gingersnap crumbs, flour and baking powder.
  • Press mixture into prepped baking dish.
  • Sprinkle shredded coconut, cinnamon chips, and white chocolate chips. Pour condensed milk evenly over the top. Last sprinkle with chopped pecans.
  • Bake for 30 minutes. Allow to completely cool, then cut into bars.
