Sometimes when I am looking for a recipe to do it is really really easy. I mean a White Chocolate Mug Cake really is a no brainer. When you go down the list of what you can do with a cake and in turn do for a mug cake white chocolate is one of those that’s at the top of the list. Even better than being an easy pick this is a great tasting little dessert that would really be a quick tasty little treat at the end of any meal. So go ahead and give this one a shot!

- 2 Tbsp. Unsalted Butter
- 1/4 Cup White Chocolate Chips
- 1 Large Egg
- 3-1/2 Tbsp. Buttermilk
- 1/4 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 5 Tbsp. Self Rising Flour
- Salt
