With Christmas fast approaching I decided to do another Christmas themed recipe. This Red Velvet Cheesecake is a great twist on a regular cheesecake that looks awesome when placed out for everyone. The taste lives up to the beautiful look of this cheesecake so it is a must try.

2. 1/4 Cup Butter, Melted
3. 1 Tbsp. Sugar

Cheesecake

1. 3-8oz. pckg. Cream Cheese, Room Temperature
2. 1-1/2 Cups Sugar
3. 4 Eggs
4. 3 Tbsp. Unsweetened Cocoa
5. 1 Cup Sour Cream
6. 1/2 Cup Buttermilk
7. 2 tsp. Vanilla
8. 1 tsp. White Vinegar
9. 2 oz. Red Food Coloring

Frosting

1. 3 oz. Cream Cheese
2. 1/4 Cup Butter, Softened
3. 2 Cups Powdered Sugar
4. 1 tsp. Vanilla
