There are few recipes as good as an awesome baked potato. That baked potato gets even better when you wrap it in bacon though. In all seriousness though that just isn’t enough we need more awesomeness crammed into our baked potato.So how can you make baked potato with bacon even better… Stuff it with Philly Cheesesteak!! Yes Yes!! a Philly Cheese Steak Stuffed Potato!! Seriously though this is true epicness that you need to try. I know I joked around a lot in this little description but make this one one a fight night or on game day and you will KILL it!

- 5-6 Potatoes
- 12 Slices of Bacon
- 8 oz. Provolone Cheese, Sliced
- 1 pkg. Au Jus
- 1 Red Onion, Sliced
- 1 Bell Pepper, Sliced
- 1/4 Cup Beer
- 1 lbs. Top Round, Thinly Sliced
