Ok it’s time to have a little fun. Now everyone in my house has always liked egg rolls so I wanted to start playing around with them. Just seeing what can I make that would be good in one. So here it is one of my totally awesome egg roll recipes. I figured why not tackle one of my favorite ones first heck let’s be real this is one is literally like EVERYONE’S favorite really lol.. The Philly Cheese Steak Egg Roll is a completely killer appetizer that well you will just horde and eat all of your self any way so make two batches so you can share =)

- 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1/2 Red Onion, Sliced
- 1 Small Red Bell Pepper, Thinly Sliced
- 1 Small Green Bell Pepper, Thinly Sliced
- 1 lbs. Roast Beef, Thinly Sliced
- 16 oz. Provolone Cheese, Shredded
- 8 Egg Roll Skins
