I have been putting out some Christmas recipes with the approach of the holidays, and I am doing another one today =) This time around I am doing an awesome dessert that everyone will love. I am making a Peppermint Pie that I know you guys will love. Check it out let me know what you guys think.

1. 9 oz. Chocolate Wafer Cookies
2. 1/8 Cup Sugar
3. 1 Stick Butter, Melted

Filling

1. 1 Envelope Plain Gelatin
2. 1/4 Cup Cold Water
3. 1/2 tsp. Peppermint Extract
4. 2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream, Divided
5. 1 Cup Soft Peppermint Candy, Crushed
6. Garnish
7. 1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
8. 1/3 Cup Powdered Sugar
9. 1/2 tsp. Peppermint Extract
10. Crushed Peppermint
