Guess what time it is!? It’s time for another one of my state inspired burgers!! This time I started looking at Oregon and had to find something unique to do there. That’s when I saw that Oregon is the U.S.’s biggest supplier of Blackberries. So that was it, that was my angle on this one. I was going to make my Oregon Burger an awesome Blackberry Burger! So I played with a bunch of ways to do a blackberry burger. Was I going to incorporate it into the patty itself? Do a topping? It took a bit to figure out what flavor combinations would work. So I hope you guys totally enjoy the work I put into this one!
