Ingredients
  1. 1 Cup of Ricotta Cheese
  2. 24 Wonton Wrappers
  3. 1 Cup Tomato Based Pasta Sauce
  4. 1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella
  5. Fresh Cut Basil
Instructions
  1. Pre Heat oven to 375.
  2. Give Mini Muffin tin a slight spray with oil to grease tin. Press a wonton wrapper into the bottom of the muffin tin making sure to push the wrapper down and up the sides.
  3. Layer the Ricotta, Pasta Sauce, Shredded Mozzarella, and top off with the fresh cut basil.
  4. Bake until cheese is melted, and wonton wrappers are golden brown (about 12 - 15 minutes)
  5. Let them cool down before removing from the baking tin.
Notes
  1. I made this a vegetarian recipe in this video. If you would like a meat version you can cook about a half pound of Italian sausage. Completely drain and pat it dry, then put that at the bottom of the wonton wrapper stacking the other ingredients on top of it.
