Garlic Scallops

One of the foods I totally love and always have when we go out to eat are scallops. I don’t know about you but but I find them simply amazing so I started to learn to cook them. I have several versions of scallops I like to cook, all version are really good of course lol. This is one of my favorites though. It is a really simple Garlic Scallop recipe. Not a whole lot to it and a nice introducing to the wonderful world of scallops lol. Dig in and enjoy guys!

Ingredients
  1. 1 lb. Large Scallops
  2. 1/4 Cup Butter or Ghee
  3. 5 Garlic Cloves, Sliced
  4. Zest from 1 Lemon
  5. 1/4 Cup Parsley, Chopped
  6. Salt
  7. Peppercorn Medley
  8. 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  9. Paprika
