Deep Fried Indiana Burger

Deep Fried Indiana Burger

Ok time for another one of my state inspired burgers. This time I am looking to my neighboring state of Indiana. You would think I live right here it would be SUPER easy for me to make an Indiana Burger right? Nope not right lol. The one thing I did find is the Hoosier. While it isn’t a burger what it is a Pork Tenderloin flattened, breaded and deep fried…. So that gave me an idea, a breaded and deep fried burger. When doing this recipe I tried several ways of making it to get it just right, this is one of the burgers that had the most trial and error involved in making it. The results Oh My Freaking God!! What this burger lacks in looks it totally makes up in taste. If you want something that is nothing short of an amazing tasting burger this one is the one for you!

Are you from Indiana? Did I totally miss the mark on this one? Hit me up and let me know what it should be!
