Crab Rangoon Egg Rolls

This recipe of mine was actually a request. Egg Rolls are a little bit of a passion.. or maybe obsession of mine lol. I love making different types of egg rolls. I love trying stuffing them with a ton of different things. When I decided to make Crab Rangoon Egg Rolls I wasn’t initially sure how they would come out, but after they were done they quickly became one of the favorites of my friends. I am asked to make it all the time now. One of those friends begged me to make a video on it so they could just make them for themselves… so here you go =)

Ingredients
  1. 5oz. Crab Meat, Drained
  2. 6oz. Cream Cheese, Room Temperature
  3. 1 Garlic Clove
  4. 1 Green Onion, Diced
  5. 1/2 tsp. Salt
  6. 1 tsp. Lemon Juice
  7. 12 Egg Roll Wrapper

Notes
  1. I left salt out of mine but most like it saltier then I do
