Bacon Cheeseburger Quesadilla

If you have watched my channel at all you know I love cheeseburgers … let’s try that again I LOVE CHEESEBURGERS!!! So I totally have fun making different little dishes into Cheeseburger dishes. Well this Bacon Cheeseburger Quesadilla recipe comes from the fact that my wife is always making Cheese Quesadillas, and once threw some bacon on it. That got me thinking what else could I make as a quesadilla. Well of course a freaking bacon Cheeseburger!! This is a totally cool twist on two awesome little foods you guys already love. Seriously guys this is one recipe you want to give a try it will knock your socks off. I would say make it for some guests but let’s be honest you are going to kill this one all on your own.

Bacon Cheeseburger Quesadilla Recipe

Ingredients
  1. 1 lb. Ground Beef
  2. 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  3. 2 Tbsp. Ketchup
  4. 2 Tbsp. Cream Cheese
  5. 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
  6. Salt
  7. 6 Strips Bacon
  8. 8 Flour Tortillas
  9. 2 Cups Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
Instructions
  1. Heat large skillet, add ground beef and brown.
  2. After beef is broken up and browned, add ketchup, cream cheese, garlic powder and salt, stir to combine.
  3. Remove beef filling from the pan and allow skillet to cool down and wipe down, or use new pan.
  4. Add one flour tortilla to skillet then spread a cup of the beef filling and a half cup of cheese, followed by a handful of crumbled bacon.
  5. Place a second tortilla on top and press down.
  6. Cook for a couple minutes until the bottom is browned, flip quesadilla over.
  7. Cook for a few minutes until browned 2-3 minutes.
